You might consider behavioural therapy if your child:
Has frequent meltdowns or struggles with big emotions
Shows signs of aggression or physical impulsiveness
Finds it difficult to follow instructions or routines
Has trouble interacting with peers or adults
Avoids eye contact, conversation, or engagement
Displays repetitive behaviours or intense fixations
Is showing early signs of ADHD, ODD, or autism
These challenges aren’t reflections of your parenting. They are signs that your child may need a little more help in learning how to express themselves safely and clearly. Our job is to help them, and you, build that bridge.
